How do I place an order?
Fabric is posted in pre-order “rounds” twice a month. Check the site as well as our Facebook group to see which round is currently taking pre-orders.
Click on the Pre-order tab and you will see the current pre-order fabric items. All fabric is sold BTY (by the yard) unless otherwise stated (usually panels).
After all rounds are shipped, we will usually run a retail round with any leftover fabric we may have on hand.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-Orders are open orders right now. This means they will run and be open indefinitely or until otherwise noted. We will post info and updates on our socials.
Orders will be placed on the 2nd & 16th of every month.
Turn around time will be about 8-10 weeks, possibly more, from the date you order until they arrive to you.
How does Retail Fabric work?
Retail yardage will be limited between rounds. We will always a little overage on fabrics to ensure everyone gets what they order. We won’t post any retail on any fabric until all pre-orders have been shipped (and probably about a week after that to ensure everything went smoothly) Just note, since 2022, we don't really order a lot of in stock retail.
Can I cancel my items?
For pre-orders, you may cancel any items while the pre-order window is open. After the window has closed, we will be unable to cancel your items. These items are ordered in bulk based on orders, so be sure you want an item before ordering. There are resale groups out there should you no longer want your order after receiving it.
However, unlike with pre-order items, you may request a cancellation on retail items within 24 hours. We typically ship anything in stock same or next day, so once an item has been shipped the sale is final.
What types of fabric are offered and what is the price per yard?

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ORDERING:
PRE-ORDER ITEM: Fabrics are NOT IN STOCK. They are for PRE-ORDER.
Orders will be placed on the 2nd and 16th of each month. Printing can take up to 4-6+ weeks to be printed and inspected before shipping to us. The print factory we use is also overseas, so shipping can take 1-2 weeks to arrive at our facility. Once here, processing orders can take another 1-2+ weeks, so for this reason, we place a standard minimum turn around time of 8-10 weeks, with a maximum turn around time of 14-16 weeks.
Turn around time means from when the order is sent to the printer (on the 2nd or 16th of the month) to when you should expect to have it in hand. These are estimates only, meaning they could be less than stated, and we've never had a round go hit the maximum time frame.
IF you do not want to wait that long, PLEASE DO NOT PRE-ORDER. Instead, wait until we add some IN STOCK items to retail! Those will ship within a few days of the order (typically same or next business day)! Just remember, retail is not guaranteed in yardage or bases, so if you need something specific, it is best to pre-order and wait.

- All fabric is sold by the yard. 1 item purchased = 1 yard, 2 items = 2 yds, 3 items = 3 yds, and so on
- If you need more than 10 yards continuous fabric, please contact us before placing your order. We will need to check to see if that amount of continuous yardage would be possible with our printer. It may need to be in smaller cuts (such as 4 continuous yards and 5 continuous yards, etc.)
- Note: All prints are digitally printed, there will not be any screen printed, glitter, or any other paint embellishment added. Any “GLITTER” or “METALLIC” elements are only printed effects, they are not actual metallic paint or glitter! This also means print will be "flat" with no raised effects.
- Prints are usually on a "textured" background. This is not a flaw, this is to make the printing process smoother as "flat" backgrounds sometimes have issues in printing!

Flaws/Imperfections: May be present around within 5” selvage. While this is unlikely, this can be a result from digital printing. Also, tiny dots that are super small can sometimes be common. These are also not traditionally considered flawed or defective (although we don't mind discounted yardage rates for these since they can become seconds quality) but each case is different, please contact us to discuss if you get an item with any flaws!
Allergen Warning:
Fabrics come from a factory and are often treated with chemicals. These will also make the fabrics have a strong odor from the dyes and such used. We cut fabrics down wearing a face mask, gloves and full body apron. Our cutting area is a smoke free and clean environment. We do own dogs, no other pets. Dogs are not ever allowed any where near around/on/etc fabrics, and the room is clean and free of any pet hairs, odors, etc. We are only disclosing owning our pets in case any customers have extremely severe allergies. It is extremely recommended that you wash any and all fabrics before use. Not only does this help get them ready for sewing/ensuring shrinkage won't occur after you sew, but it will also remove any and all chemicals and anything the fabrics may have come in contact with at the factory.
Color differences may be present:
This is not cause for a refund or defective fabric. This can be how our human eyes see color differently, how your monitor/phone settings show color, or just minor color differences from printing. Different fabric bases absorb the ink differently, so while some bases may look exactly the same, another base may look like a different color. Again, this is completely normal and not a defect or flaw! This is especially true on the DBP base!

You will get the seamless image printed on continuous fabric. No watermarks will be present. That is to protect our artists work that we paid rights to have printed. Please do not steal our artists work, prints, etc.
Disclaimer: We did not make, nor are we claiming to own the images used for printing. We work with artists and pay them a commercial license fee to use their art work in our commercial business. If artwork looks familiar to you, it very well could be because it was sold for commercial use in multiple places. They still ultimately own all rights and ownership of their work. Thank you.
